Papers of New York City dental surgeon, inventor, and genealogist John Nutting Farrar. Papers relate chiefly to Farrar's family genealogy, and to the building of a library in Farrar's home town of Pepperell, Mass., in memory of Charles F. Lawrence. One box of unsorted papers contains bills, checks, genealogical charts, sketches, and miscellaneous materials. A bound vol. contains family information, photographs, engravings, and biographical sketches of the Pepperell Farrars. Some of John Farrar's writings on dentistry are included.
